Update on Flooding situation at 14th & Scott

3x in the span of 50 days towards the end of 2020, flash floods led to unprecedented flooding in Trolley Square, especially at the intersection of 14th & Scott. The Public Works Department has done a special investigation with consultants to figure out what is causing the issue.
